Manzanilla Alegria is a fortified wine made by Williams & Humbert with the Palomino grape variety.

First bud musts from their best vineyards, static cold decantation and fermentation at 22ºC.

Maturing, obligatorily, in wineries located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, whose microclimate makes it even more pungent and saline than fino.

Tasting note of Manzanilla Alegria

Golden color wine, very bright pale gold. Intense pungent aroma, reminiscent of "flor", almond notes. Delicate but with body, character and very elegant on the palate, with a lot of lingering aftertaste.
