The Pack AOVE Nº1 Picual 3x500ml from Adeoliva features early extra virgin olive oil harvested in early October. Its high intensity is characterized by a moderate bitterness and spiciness typical of the Picual variety. Originating from Jaén, this oil is perfect for dressing and pairing with various dishes thanks to its fresh, green flavor. The 2025/26 harvest guarantees a high-quality product that remains optimal for up to 24 months from bottling. Ideally, it should be stored away from direct light and in a cool place between 16-18ºC. This superior AOVE is obtained directly from olives through mechanical processes. Its nutritional profile indicates an energy value of 3700 kJ (900 kcal) and a fat content of 100 g per 100 g of product, with a predominance of monounsaturated fats.
