Heath Flower (Calluna vulgaris L.) is a plant rich in active principles, such as tannins and flavonol-glucosides. It is used to combat urinary inflammation, being an effective antiseptic and urinary sedative. It is also used for prostate hypertrophy and renal conditions. It is safe with minimal toxicity risk, although prolonged treatments are discouraged.
