Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo from Guijuelo (Salamanca), made naturally from the meat of our Iberian pigs, raised and fed on acorns and natural pastures in the Dehesa. Once the best Iberian pork meat is selected and prepared for stuffing, an important characteristic of this product is the casing used to make it. In this case, we use the natural casing of the pig (cular casing). Select lean meat to create a texture with great aroma and flavor.
