Eguren Ugarte Crianza is an exquisite white wine produced by Bodegas Ugarte, part of the renowned Eguren family, standing out in the Denomination of Origin Rioja. This wine is made from a careful selection of 50% Tempranillo Blanco and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with a process that includes harvesting in the early hours of low temperatures to preserve the freshness of the grapes. After gentle pressing, the wine is clarified by flotation before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14 °C. Subsequently, the wine undergoes aging in French and American oak barrels for 10 months, followed by an additional 4 months in bottle, contributing to its complexity and elegance. This wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol and is recommended to be served at a temperature of 8 °C, making it an excellent choice to accompany a variety of dishes or to enjoy solo.
