The Dalamára Naoussa wine is a dry red that comes from several vineyards in the Naoussa wine region of Greece, where the native Xinomavro grapes are grown. Each vineyard has its own history and age: the Paliokalias vineyard is between 10 and 20 years old, Vinos Vados is 31 years, Gastra is 13 years, and Trilofos is 40 years old. The winery, founded in 1840, is led by Konstantinos Dalamaras, a sixth-generation winemaker who keeps the winemaking traditions alive in a modern and eco-sustainable approach. The production is limited, with only 40,000 bottles each year, ensuring attention to every detail in the process. This wine has a light red color and a nose rich in aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, complemented by notes of ripe tomatoes and a medium-bodied palate with well-balanced tannins that enhance its age. It is recommended to enjoy it on special occasions and pair it with meat dishes or aged cheeses.
