It is made through a meticulous and strict selection of vines over 40 years old located in the Callejo family plots in three different types of soil (calcareous, clay-loam and sandy with gravel) which gives different nuances and characteristics to the Tempranillo grape.
It has an attractive cherry colour with a violet rim. Aromatic nose, marked notes of forest fruits, with hints of confectionery, balsamic. In the mouth it is fleshy, lively, with sensations of berries, cinnamon, spices, violets, balsamic and persistent primary finish.
