Julien Brocard Chablis 7 Places Nature is a natural white wine of AOC Chablis monovarietal of Chardonnay made by Julien Brocard.
Julien Brocard is the son of Jean Marc Brocard. He launched his 7 Lieux range in 2012, comprising 7 wines made from parcels from Domaine Brocard, the family's winery. All these plots are grown in biodynamic the first since 1998. In them they have gone a little beyond organic farming and have sought to stimulate and follow the natural rhythms, cosmic, lunar and biological, through the application of preparations and practices of techniques that enhance them. With these actions they seek to make their wines express the typicity of the soils of Chablis
The Julien Brocard Chablis 7 Lieux Nature is harvested by hand so that the grapes arrive at the winery as whole as possible. Once there it is gently pressed and then fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without added sulphites. Only about 2,000 bottles of this artisanal wine are made
