Alfonso Sáez's Mountain Sausage is an artisan sausage that stands out for its quality and flavor, made with the best pork from Teruel. This product is cured in one of the oldest drying facilities in the Gúdar-Javalambre region, in Mora de Rubielos, ensuring a traditional process that highlights its purity and character. During salting and curing, the product develops an intense aroma and flavor, with a homogeneous texture and a slight salty touch. Its presentation in a whole piece, preserved in a protective atmosphere, guarantees that all its organoleptic properties are maintained. Despite its approximate weight of 0.25 kg (with a maximum variation of +- 30 grams), the Mountain Sausage yields much on the table. When opening the package, it is recommended to let the product rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to enhance its flavor before slicing and tasting.
