The onion chorizo, or 'cebolo' as it's called in Galicia, is a sausage made with care and dedication. We use natural ingredients, including garlic, salt, oregano, select paprika from Murcia, onion, pumpkin, rice, and a dash of sunflower oil. The production process involves drying and curing with oak wood smoking, lasting between 24 to 48 hours, giving it a more natural and authentic flavor. It is presented in bags of 3 units, weighing approximately 500 to 600 grams. This chorizo should be cooked thoroughly before consumption. We recommend opening it over vegetables to enjoy its flavor fully. Its storage is simple: keep it in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
