Viñas del Vero Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic showcase of the versatility of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, cultivated in the cool areas of Somontano, enhancing its aromatic power. This winery is recognized for the quality of its wines. The production begins with a careful harvest during the cool mornings of the third week of October. Subsequently, the must is kept in contact with the skins for three days before fermentation begins, a process that imparts the wine's characteristic complexity. Then, the young wine is transferred to French oak barrels and aged for 10 months before being filtered and bottled, where it continues to mature. Visually, it has a dark cherry color. On the nose, it offers an attractive profile with notes of black fruits, herbal hints, and balsamic aromas, complemented by a subtle touch of coffee with milk. On the palate, it presents a structured and dense body, characteristic of a wine that has matured over time. Additionally, its pairing is recommended with carpaccios, a selection of cheeses, and a variety of red meats, both game and domesticated. This wine is ideal to enjoy at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
