El Ternero Rosé is a wine from the Rioja Denomination of Origin, made from grapes sourced from vineyards that are over 25 years old, harvested through careful manual picking. This wine results from a meticulous process: after harvesting, the grapes are cold macerated to achieve the desired color, aroma, and structure. After sedimentation, 40% of the must ferments in 400-liter French oak barrels, while the rest ferments in stainless steel tanks. After this process, the wine rests on its lees for at least a month, adding greater density and complexity.
