Fonte Baxa Project
In 2020 Elena Olay and Beltrán Pedregal decide to change their life in Madrid for Luarca, a small village in western Asturias by the sea. A turn that will change their lives. Lovers of nature, people and the planet, they create the Fonte Baxa project, a project that aims to value the rural world
"We decided to move to Asturias, to the heart of the countryside, because we believe that you cannot love what you don't know nor defend what you don't love."
Through Fonte Baxa we want to :
Recover the knowledge of the peasants, who did not write books, they wrote the LANDSCAPE
To educate to return to the EARTH and that the earth returns to us
PROMOTE our own production and strengthen the rural industrial fabric so as not to depend on third parties To VALUE the rural WORLD
DYNAMIZE, through activities, talks, colloquiums, art, culture..., the leisure in the RURAL world to complement the lack of services
To offer tools to the rural world to be more competitive in the market
CREATE a new system of intermediation of products that offers new sales channels VIRTUAL LONJA
