Our goat cheese with truffle is a cheese from Extremadura made with pasteurized goat milk cheese infused with truffle and made under the traditional shepherding tradition of yesteryear. With a mild and delicate flavor, the truffle brings to the cheese an explosion of persistent and pleasant taste on the palate. The white-colored mass of this Extremaduran goat cheese with truffle is buttery. The rind is ivory and edible. From the Doña Leonor cheese factory, they have wanted to recover the ancient cheese-making tradition of Alburquerque (an Extremaduran land in the Sierra de San Pedro) given to them by the unique pasturing method of ancient times. In this cheese factory, they have managed to combine artisanal production with an innovative spirit. The result of this are their cheeses which, in addition to being exquisite, are unique for their characteristics. Any of these cheeses will awaken exciting sensations even in the most demanding palate. At Gourmetea, in addition to truffle cheese, we have other Extremaduran goat cheeses with ingredients such as: cheese with boletus edulis, cheese with black garlic, and cheese with caramelized onion. Conservation: Between 2º and 10º Animal origin: Goat Maturation time: Semi-cured Type of milk: PasteurizedMark: Quesería Alburquerque
