Pre-cooked chili con beef, a thick stew of slowly cooked beef in chili sauce, inspired by the flavors of Mexico. It comes in a 1 kg bag, vacuum-packed, ready to open, heat, and serve. Not spicy: you can add Mexican salsa or chipotle and adobo to adjust the heat to your liking. To prepare tacos in 5 minutes, pour the stew into a pan and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. You can also use the microwave or heat the sealed bag in a water bath. Heat the tortillas without oil for 20-30 seconds on each side and keep them wrapped in a cloth. Each 1 kg bag makes 20-25 tacos, enough for 4-5 people as a main dish. For each kilogram of stew, half a kilogram of tortillas is recommended: a 500 g package with 25 tortillas. You can also use it in burritos, on totopos with melted cheese, or in a bowl with rice, avocado, and crema.
