This spiced rum is a subtle alliance between the traditional rum of Martinique and the ancestral know-how of the Distillerie Denoix.
On the nose, the maceration of green cardamom gives a lemony scent with a lot of freshness and elegance.
On the palate, the roundness of the rum coats the liveliness of ginger and cinnamon. The fruity notes are given by the walnut juice and quince juice aged in oak.
The finish is very gourmet
The finish is very gourmet, with fresh and spicy flavors that accompany a very nice length in the mouth.
