Fagus is a selected 100% Garnacha wine created by Bodegas Aragonesas, located in Fuendejalón, Zaragoza. This wine comes from the Denomination of Origin Campo de Borja, known for its dedication to producing quality wines. The grapes used are selected from vineyards that are over 40-50 years old and produce less than one kilogram per vine. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels, where it will remain for 10 months in contact with its lees, giving it a unique character and complexity. This careful aging process ensures that only the best barrels are selected for bottling. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., Fagus is ideal for pairing with meat dishes and intensely flavored foods, enhancing the tasting experience.
