Cal Ganso is an exceptional red wine produced by the Alemany i Corrió winery in the Penedès region. This wine combines the Tinta Amarela variety, a Portuguese variety, with Cariñena, showcasing a unique fusion of flavors and aromas. The 2021 vintage was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and completed malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aromatically, Cal Ganso offers intense aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, complemented by subtle floral and spicy notes. On the palate, it presents a complex structure with refreshing liveliness, ripe tannins, and a long, satisfying finish.
