Cara Nord Rosé is a young organic wine made exclusively from the Trepat grape variety. Sourced from vineyards at 800 meters altitude on the north side of the Sierra de Prades, this wine is part of the Denomination of Origin Conca de Barberà. The vines grow in a protected natural environment combining the Prades Mountains Natural Park and the Poblet Forest Natural Area, which provides optimal conditions for sustainable cultivation and biodiversity preservation. The production process begins with manual harvesting at the end of September. A brief maceration with the skins extracts the characteristic pale color, followed by pressing to obtain the free-run juice that ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (14–16 °C). This wine rests for three months in the same tank, preserving its freshness and highlighting the varietal expression. The result is a wine with a beautiful pale pink color, clear and bright, with translucent reflections. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and floral notes, especially wild strawberry and berries, are present. On the palate, it has good acidity, enveloping volume, and a balanced, light mouthfeel, with a fresh and slightly saline finish. Its alcohol content is 11.5% vol, and it is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8 °C.
