Corpa's wagyu croquettes combine the quality of wagyu with the tradition of homemade croquettes. Made with béchamel enriched with wagyu cecina and panko coating, they offer a unique flavor. It is recommended to fry them without thawing in plenty of hot oil at 170ºC until golden brown. They can be stored frozen and should be consumed within three days after the initial preparation. Never refreeze after thawing. With an energy content of 213 Kcal per 100 g, these croquettes are presented in units of 25 grams each. Contains gluten due to its wheat flour content.
