Its combination of ultra-fast carbohydrates (instant energy) and complex carbohydrates (continuous and successive glucose supply) ensures the supply of energy needed to avoid physical exhaustion, while also replenishing our glycogen reserves post-exercise. Furthermore, its formula enhanced with minerals, vitamins, ZMA, and ATP Extreme (contains D-Ribose, β-Alanine, L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline D-Malate), prevents excessive fluid loss (dehydration) and increases the absorption capacity of the rest of the ingredients. Instructions for use: Take 50 g (3 scoops) mixed in 500 ml of water during and right after exercise.
