Oro del Desierto Picual 500ml is an organic extra virgin olive oil of limited production, made exclusively with Picual olives harvested at early veraison on the "El Vicario" estate, located in the Desierto de Tabernas (Almería). The olive groves are between 15 and 30 years old, planted in 7 x 5 m frames, with deficit drip irrigation and thicker clay soils with abundant stones in the central area.
