Tamarix 2024 is an outstanding organic white wine from the Cielo, Mar y Tierra collection of Bodegas Barbadillo. Made with Muscat of Alexandria and Palomino grapes from albariza soils in Cádiz, the manual harvest at the end of August ensures optimal grape selection. The vinification process includes a four-week maceration with skins, at controlled temperatures, and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving its natural qualities. The wine, with a soft orange color, offers a complex aromatic profile, featuring notes of fruits, herbs, flowers, and spices. On the palate, it stands out for its tannicity and balance. It has an alcohol content of 13.5% and is recommended to be served chilled, between 6 and 8 ºC.
