The mission of Pastificio del Colle is to eat healthy by offering a product of incomparable quality, paying particular attention to the selection of raw materials using selected durum wheat semolina of the highest quality and using only colors of natural origin, such as turmeric to obtain yellow coloration, spinach for green, beet for purple, paprika for orange, spirulina for blue and cuttlefish ink for black.
