Chateau Cap d'Or, second wine of Chateau Cap Saint Georges, a property of Jean Philippe Janoueix who also produces in other Bordeaux areas. This Chateau rises around 19 hectares of vineyard where Merlot predominates. The Cap d'Or 2015, more than the second wine of the Chateau is the feminine counterpart of the main wine. It is fresher and more sensual, made mainly with Merlot and complemented with Cabernet Franc. Its aging is mixed, half of the wine in tank and the rest in 225 and 500 liter barrels for almost twelve months.
