After fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels , some of them new, which adds complexity and structure while maintaining the expression of fruit and terroir.
The nose is intense and elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and plum , accompanied by floral and spicy notes and delicate hints of cocoa, vanilla and toast derived from its aging. The palate is ample and structured, with silky tannins, good freshness and a long, refined finish. A complex and balanced Saint-Émilion, ideal to accompany red meats, game or traditional French dishes.
