Cienfuegos is a very personal wine, complex on the nose and fresh on the palate. It is made mainly from an almost extinct grape variety, complex and intense with very particular characteristics.
This 2019 vintage Cienfuegos is characterized by a series of complex aromas due to its winemaking process. These aromas are based on notes of white stone fruit, hints of chamomile, vanilla and smoke. With enough acidity in the mouth to give it great freshness, it is a wine that pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes such as baked sea bass. It will also pair well with vegetable puffs, pasta and poultry.
