Edetària Selecció Blanc 2023 is a premium white wine from the DO Terra Alta, made with Garnacha Blanca from old vines on "honeycomb" soils (a fossil dune). It has a limited production, with low yields, which contributes to its concentration and character. The wine is fermented and aged for about 8 months in new large French oak barrels, seeking to integrate wood without overpowering the fruit. It is an organic wine, made with great care in harvesting, fermentation and aging.
