Edetària Selección Blanc 2023 is the reference wine of Joan Àngel Lliberia and one of the main ambassadors of Garnacha Blanca from Terra Alta. Made exclusively from old vineyards on unique "honeycomb" soils, it represents the most serious and long-lasting interpretation of this Mediterranean variety. Its philosophy focuses on reflecting the character of the landscape of Gandesa through respectful cultivation and non-intrusive winemaking. The result is a white with great gastronomic capacity and exceptional aging potential. Aromas of ripe white fruit, aromatic herbs, smoky notes, and a complex mineral personality characterize this wine. On the palate, it offers a silky breadth, with integrated acidity that provides tension and aging capacity. Flavors of pear, nuts, and spicy touches enrich the palate, closing with a long, saline, and elegant finish. This wine is comparable in complexity to the best European Mediterranean whites.
