Toto Barbadillo, is a sparkling wine from Cadiz that corresponds to the category or type brut nature, qualification it receives for not carrying any added sugar. A limited production wine made from grapes of the Palomino variety, with a small contribution of Chardonnay, grown in the vineyards of Gibalbín and Santa Lucía, located in the area of Jerez Superior.

This characteristic sparkling wine is the result of a special cellaring process that Barbadillo has carried out on the general basis of the sparkling wines it has been making every year for the last decade. It is a tribute to the brand itself, which has managed to diversify the wine catalog of our land, with great success. A very dry sparkling wine that reveals the limestone of the region and surprises with its freshness, possibly contributed by the very special soils of the Marco de Jerez.
