Bierzo , made from 100% Mencía , the emblematic grape variety of northwest Spain known for its aromatic profile and balance between fruit and freshness. This wine is part of theImaliaproject, developed by the historic Toro Albalá winery, which sought out unique vineyards in Bierzo capable of expressing the authentic character of the region. It is crafted from grapes sourced from three different old-vine parcels , whose combination brings complexity and personality to the final blend.

On the nose it offers expressive aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry , accompanied by subtle spicy notes and light hints of liquorice that add depth.
