Botani Espumoso 2023 is a sparkling wine crafted by Jorge Ordóñez in the D.O. Sierras de Málaga, made with 100% Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes come from mountain vineyards in the Axarquía Málaga, where slow ripening enhances the wine's freshness and aromatic intensity. Manual harvesting ensures quality. Fermented in stainless steel, it results in a light sparkling wine with a bright yellow color and floral, fruity aromas. On the palate, it's fresh, balanced, and slightly sweet, accompanied by vibrant acidity.
