Leirana Genoveva 2022 is an exceptional white wine from the Genoveva vineyard, crafted by Forjas del Salnés under Rodrigo Méndez in the heart of Rías Baixas. This wine represents a pure expression of Atlantic Albariño. The vineyard's granitic soils near the Atlantic provide remarkable freshness and a distinctive saline character. The harvest is done manually to ensure berry selection, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in large barrels. Aromas of citrus, white fruit, and flowers intermingle with mineral notes. On the palate, it is tense, elegant, and precise with high acidity and a fine texture.
