Martúe Syrah 2020 is a unique creation from Bodegas Martúe, crafted from Syrah grapes in the exclusive Pago Campo de La Guardia, Toledo. With limited production from outstanding harvests, this wine is made from grapes from the Campo Martuela and El Casar estates, where careful harvesting ensures quality. Traditional fermentation with daily pumpovers and extended maceration allows the aromatic richness of Syrah to be extracted. The wine is then aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels, achieving a harmonious integration of fruit and wood. With an intense and complex nose, it offers aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark fruits, accompanied by spices and subtle pastry notes. Its balanced and enveloping flavor highlights the elegance of mature tannins. This wine is a perfect match for red meats, game, and hearty dishes. It is recommended to serve at 15-17 °C after brief decanting.
