Created in 1985, the Pic 1er cuvée reflects, through the art of blending, the many facets of Chablis terroirs. Like a composer writes a symphony with several instruments, the maître de chai blends different wines to create a new one, far beyond the sum of those that compose it.

Produced only in great vintages, from the selection and blending of the best Premiers Crus, Pic 1er matures slowly in the cellars to gain the complexity that only the great wines of Chablis can offer. Pic 1er is presented in a very old bottle from the house of Albert Pic.

The Chablis 1er cru appellation brings together a selection of the best terroirs of the Premier Crus of Chablis: Fourchaume, Montée de Tonnerre, Mont de Milieu, Montmains...
