A liqueur fortified wine made from the must of the native Zulema and Listán de Huelva grape varieties, quenched with wine alcohol that has been previously macerated for 6 months in bitter orange peel. This, together with an aging of approximately 2 years in American oak barrels, gives the wine an interesting aromatic complexity, where the orange is the protagonist along with toasted and dried fruit nuances.
