It comes from old vineyards in the El Caballo area, combining Tempranillo, Garnacha, and other traditional varieties as a tribute to the area's history. The parcel fermentation and aging in large French barrels preserve its freshness and original expression, overshadowing the dominance of wood. This elegant wine features aromas of cherry, blackberry, blueberry, and plum, with hints of violets, lavender, underbrush, licorice, and spices like pepper and clove. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, balance, and silky texture, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Its finish is long, mineral, and spicy.
