Tierras de Cair Reserva 2019 is a distinguished red wine from the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero, meticulously crafted by the winery Dominio de Cair, an initiative of the renowned Luis Cañas family. This wine is made from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) sourced from old vineyards located over 800 meters high, where the climatic conditions and poor soils allow for proper maturity and great fruit concentration. After manual harvesting and rigorous grape selection, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for about 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a refining period in the bottle, granting it outstanding complexity and structure.
