Alba Rosé Monastrell is a rosé wine with Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.) Menorca, made 100% with Monastrell grapes, a typical Mediterranean variety that offers wines with great personality even in its rosé version. The Torralba winery, located in the privileged natural environment of Menorca, cultivates its vineyards under environmentally friendly practices, taking advantage of the sea breeze and the calcareous soils of the island.

The vinification of this rosé begins with a manual harvest at dawn, to preserve the freshness of the grapes. A gentle pressing and a short maceration with the skins is carried out, which allows to extract a subtle color and elegant primary aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which guarantees a fresh, expressive and very fruity wine.
