Our fish is obtained in close proximity in large and small fish markets in Galicia (A Coruña, Vigo, Burela, Celeiro, Malpica or Cedeira) and with responsible fishing gear .

We have the Slow Food certificate of sustainability .
We are part of the catalog of ecological and proximity suppliers for the nursery schools of the Municipal Network of the Madrid City Council. < br> We serve the merchandise in returnable buckets to avoid generating waste in shipping.
We recycle all our waste . Organic waste is collected daily and transformed into animal feed.
All our vans for local delivery are equipped with the AdBlue gas purification system.
Our electrical energy is green . It comes from a local and sustainable company that is committed to renewable sources.
We respect the minimum sizes, protected species and closed seasons , and we diversify the consumption of fish and shellfish. In each season of the year what the sea offers us changes.
