Sheep yogurt with coconut made with the milk from our Churra sheep.
The milk from this native breed from Castilla y León has a much lower production than that of other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and afternoon milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is of great quality because it contains a higher amount of fat and protein in its composition, as well as being richer in amino acids.
Unit weight: 400g Producer: Labadía de Petramora. Origin: Dehesa de la Guadaña, Zamora. Milk type: pasteurized sheep milk. Coagulation: lactic. Intensity: mild. Presentation: glass in cardboard box.
