The Oloroso VORS Lustau, with an aging process of at least 30 years, is a Jerez-Xérès-Sherry wine with Denomination of Origin. This wine is crafted by Bodegas Lustau using 100% Palomino grapes from their vineyards in the Jerez area. The characteristics of its albariza and sandy soils contribute to the exceptional quality of its wines. The Oloroso VORS is distinguished by its old gold color and greenish reflections, while its aroma combines notes of bitter orange, toffee, honey, and spices. With bright acidity and a very long finish, its profile resembles that of Jerez brandy, also highlighting roasted coconut notes. This wine has an alcohol content that may exceed 20% due to concentration during its long oxidative aging. It is recommended to serve it at 13-14°C and enjoy it with friends as an aperitif or with dishes such as red meats, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
