The vinification includes a maceration and fermentation of eight days at low temperature, with frequent pump-overs that allow for the extraction of the full aromatic potential of the fruit while preserving its freshness and varietal expression.

It presents a deep cherry red color with violet hues. On the nose, it is intense and fruity, with predominant aromas of strawberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate dairy notes that add complexity.
