Sanmartí Pasta Noodles are the outcome of centuries of artisanal heritage in pasta making, starting in 1700 in the thermal town of Caldes de Montbuí. They are made using high-quality durum wheat semolina and thermal water from the region, known for its purity. These ingredients are mixed in an old pasta machine that has been in use for over a century. The pasta is then dried for 48 hours in wooden cabinets, a method ensuring a distinctive texture and taste. With a nutritional value of 354 Kcal per 100 grams, the noodles contain 11g of protein and 73g of carbohydrates. They are ideal with sauces or simply with extra virgin olive oil. Store in a cool, dry place to avoid mould or insect infestations due to humidity.
