The sparkling brut, Macabeo JJ Mateos from the Vega Demara winery is a bubbly white wine made from hand-selected Macabeo grapes from its own vineyards. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 14 and 16 ºC, ensuring that the wine maintains its youthful and fruity character. It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections; very fruity on the nose with notes of white fruit and pastry. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh with sweet, fruity flavors and lively bubbles. Recommended to be enjoyed between 4 ºC and 6 ºC, this wine is ideal as an aperitif or accompanied by dishes such as fish, seafood, pasta, rice, or even desserts like chocolate. Should be stored in a cool, dry place protected from light; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 1-2 days. The bottle has a volume of 75cl and is available for €8.30.
