White Wine, Verdejo, Bodega Vega DemaraThis white wine is made from a careful selection of grapes, subjected to thorough ripeness control starting in August to ensure they are harvested at the optimal moment.
The harvest is conducted at night to preserve the freshness and aromatic quality of the grapes as much as possible. Upon arrival at the winery, a low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at between 5 and 10 ºC for 24 hours, allowing for a more intense and refined extraction of the aromas contained in the skins.
It does not undergo aging, which reinforces its young, clean, and expressive character.

On the nose, it offers intense aromas of yellow fruits such as peach and apricot, accompanied by subtle aniseed notes.
