Pure sheep cheese (Ciudad Real)

Livestock Encinasola, founded in 1997 with 200 sheep, has grown to have a population of 2000 animals in Castilla La Mancha. Located in Porzuna, they produce high-quality pure sheep cheese in the cradle of cheese, with excellent raw material from their own sheep. They transform their milk to make cheese, maintaining an exclusive and natural production.

Net weight:

Covered cherry red. Elegant, fresh and complex nose with ripe fruit and floral notes. Pleasant and fresh on the palate, balanced and with sweet but youthful tannins, unctuous and enveloping, with an original and interesting passage through the mouth and a long, sweet finish. Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
Wide selection of wines of the diverse denominations of the Spanish geography. Carefully chosen and always valuing the effort and quality in the process of elaboration of the producers.
