Café Wanita Gayo, grown in the Aceh region of Sumatra, is an exquisite representation of Indonesian arabica coffees. Produced by the women’s cooperative Kokowagayo, it stands out not only for its flavor but also for its commitment to female empowerment in the coffee industry. This coffee is grown at altitudes of 1300 to 1600 meters and includes the Tim Tim and Bourbon varieties. The Giling Basah process preserves the richness of the flavors in the region's humid conditions. The coffee delivers a burst of berries, a sweetness of tamarind, and a dense body with a syrupy texture, finishing with a spicy touch.
