Enjoy one of the hits of Albert Adrià's acclaimed restaurant "Tiquets" in Barcelona, is the tempting proposal of these Caviaroli Drops - spherical olives - Black, with the same essence as its green and picanates varieties, but with some differences, since two different varieties of olives have been used to elaborate them: Kalamata olives and Empeltre olives from Aragon, selected for their intensity and point of salinity, by Adrià's team, also so that visually they are more similar to its original olive version, its shape is slightly almond-shaped and smaller, which is why, you can enjoy up to 20 times its innovative Drops.
Caviaroli Drops are the result of a long development work, thanks to which, and based on top quality olives, we have achieved the taste, texture and feel of traditional olives, but with surprising sensations on the palate, where it gives us a real explosion of flavor, truly unique. Each jar contains 20 spherical olives, which must be handled with extreme care when extracting them as they are extremely fragile
