Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a unique cava produced in l’Alt Penedès, where the harvest is done manually with a focus on sustainability. This cava is made exclusively from vineyards that are cultivated without the use of herbicides or insecticides, caring for biodiversity and the environment. Composed of 46% Xarel·lo, 36% Macabeu, and 18% Parellada, its tasting note reveals exceptional brightness and fineness. In appearance, it clearly expresses the philosophy of the winery, while in aroma, balsamic notes and ripe fruits are harmoniously present. On the palate, the freshness of citrus fruits stands out, providing a serious and structured character. This cava, being completely dry and without added sugars, is best served at a temperature of 8 °C. It pairs wonderfully with rice dishes, suckling pig, gouda cheese, and shellfish, making it an excellent option for celebrations and special meals.
