Varieties: Tempranillo (90%) from vineyards over 60 years old located in Briñas, Labastida, and Villalba, and Graciano (10%) from our Montecilllo vineyard, located in the municipality of Fuenmayor. Tasting notes: Red wax color with a ruby ​​rim, clean, bright, and lively. Nose: It presents a high complexity, creamy bouquet, with spicy notes of cinnamon stick, vanilla, powdered chocolate, tobacco box, and a background of undergrowth that give way to red fruit compote and cherry liqueur. Palate: Tasty on the palate, with good texture, it is balanced and fresh in the mouth, with tame and elegant tannins. It stands out for its long, persistent, and refined aftertaste with notes of sweet tobacco, cedar, spices, cherry liqueur, and coffee caramel. Pairing: A suitable wine for the most special occasions and celebrations, especially recommended with meats and fish that are not too spicy, and desserts with chocolate. Ideal as a dessert wine.
